Following a passion for creating jewellery that began in secondary school, Jacqui has pursued a career specialising in hand making jewellery. She studied jewellery and silversmithing at Box Hill TAFE and RMIT, completing an apprenticeship to hone her skills.

Working alongside a number of talented jewellers and mentors she has refined the skills required in manipulating metal.

She works mainly in precious metals, using coloured gemstones as a feature with their shapes, inclusions and colours to provide inspiration.

Extending the influence of colour, vitreous enamels have become feature, with bold bocks of colour accentuating the gemstones and metals.

Her strongest influences are the environment, stylised graphic shapes, coloured gemstones and combining a passion for art and jewellery.
